Zoho Plug-in for Microsoft Office is a handy little application for Word and Excel that enables you to keep a copy of an existing document available in Zoho Writer & Sheet. However, if you don't want to keep a local copy of the file, you can delete it. The toolbar sits on your Microsoft application and allows you to open, save, or add documents and spreadsheets directly from there. The only thing you have to do is login to your Zoho account and you can use all its functions. This new version protects your locally downloaded documents and spreadsheets with passwords which prevent any unauthorized access. It also enables you to edit your files offline using the local copy and then sync up the updated offline version with the online version of the file in Zoho Writer/Sheet by connecting to the Internet. The program is really easy to install and use, and features a nice and simple user interface.
Zoho Plugin is compatible with Microsoft Office version 2000 & above and currently supports English Language versions of Office only.
